Bart Verhaeghe and Luc Verelst co-founded Eurinpro in 1992, turning the company into the leading developer of offices and warehouses in Europe. After selling Eurinpro to the Goodman group in 2006, the partners founded Uplace in 2007. Jan Van Lancker came onboard as CEO and shareholder a couple of years later, playing an essential role in the company’s ongoing success.
Bart’s vision continues to guide Uplace. At the same time, he combines business and his sporting passion as president of Club Bruges.
