Broeklin x Grow

A WAY OF WORKING. THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE.

Cross-scale. Cross-sector. Cross-collaboration. Here at Broeklin, big corporates, SMEs and start-ups work side by side, not in silo. As part of a flourishing innovation campus, they come together to ensure the future is not only bright. But also green.

Opportunity rocks.

An entire ecosystem connects workspaces and accelerates growth. Imagine a place where big brands and progressive entrepreneurs alike inspire each other. Collaborate on value chains. And open endless new opportunities, together.

Remote control.

The other side of the office. The other side of town. Or the other side of the world. With hybrid working technology embedded into the underlying infrastructure, teams are empowered to work closely together. From anywhere.

Space to think. And make.

Light, airy and flexible workspaces, focus as much on people as on productivity. 38,000 m² of workspace in the third cylinder of the retail campus are designed for SME’s, R&D and lab spaces with a 6m+ ceiling height and direct access to underground loading bays.

Work. Up front and center.

Room to work. Space to grow. 10,000 m² of offices are available within the retail campus. And an additional 15,000 m² as two connected office buildings right on central square.

The Urban Greenhouse.

A place where innovation flourishes

Integrating the latest technologies on carbon footprint, sustainability and circularity, 30% of the total area will be green space. This includes the Broeklin Urban Greenhouse, providing 6,000 m² of dedicated farming space.

High-tech, low-impact cultivation techniques make the most of every square meter to maximize yield. The light-transmitting, recyclable ETFE roof guarantees optimal growing conditions.

Agricultural R&D focuses on the quality and variety of agricultural products and circular food production systems, such as using food waste as a cultivation resource.

It means that restaurants in Broeklin enjoy access to the freshest of freshly picked produce directly from the greenhouse. Locally sourced ingredients don’t get more local than this.
